What data we collect. When you submit an enquiry via our contact forms, we collect your name and email address, and any information you choose to include in your message. We do not use cookies, tracking pixels, or analytics scripts beyond the visitor counter on our homepage.
How we use your data. We use your contact details solely to respond to your enquiry. We do not use your data for marketing without your explicit consent, and we do not sell or share your data with third parties.
How long we keep it. Enquiry emails are retained for up to 12 months and then deleted unless an ongoing business relationship requires otherwise.
Your rights. Under UK GDPR, you have the right to access, correct, or request deletion of any personal data we hold about you. To exercise any of these rights, email us at marcusb17@protonmail.com and we will respond within 30 days.
Legal basis. We process your data on the basis of legitimate interest (responding to your enquiry). Where you have explicitly requested information or services, we process on the basis of your consent.
Complaints. If you believe we have handled your data incorrectly, you have the right to lodge a complaint with the Information Commissioner's Office (ICO) at ico.org.uk.
